In an effort to help mitigate the spread of Covid-19, the clubhouse office is closed.  Residents may continue to handle business with the community manager by email or phone. Residents can meet with the community manager in person by appointment only, masks are required to enter the office.

Annual Assessments Are Due January 1, 2021!

Pay online. You can make a one-time payment, set up recurring payments, or view your account balance by using Spectrum AM's online bill pay service. Visit www.spectrumam.com to log in to your account. A convenience fee of 3.25% will be added for paying by credit card or $1.99 flat fee to pay by check. 

Pay by phone. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding holidays, you can pay by calling 866-729-5327, option 1. A convenience fee of 3.25% will be added to pay by credit card or a flat fee of $2.95 to pay by check.

Pay by mail. Payments can be placed in the return envelope provided with your annual assessment statement. Please allow 10 days for processing. Payments made on site will be forwarded to the address on the statement and are NOT processed on site. 

​Pay at the on site office. Please remember that payments made on site either with the community manager, by mail to the clubhouse, or left in the drop box are NOT processed on site, they are sent to the billing department for processing.

Please take advantage of one of the many options Spectrum Association Management has for fast and easy payment. Paying on site prior to the due date does NOT constitute on-time payment. Payment must be received and processed prior to the deadline. Paying on site may delay processing of your payment.
