Please Read the Castlewood Covenants
Please read your Castlewood Covenants and Design Guidelines. These were given to you when you closed on your home, by either the builder sales office or the closing lender. Every homeowner should comply with the covenants. Please review the sections that pertain to landscaping and make sure you are in compliance. Most of the rules and regulations are covered in the Design Guidelines above. All of the CCR's are on the "HOA Forms" page.
Air Conditioner: "Any Air Conditioning unit shall be screened from adjacent properties and from the street by permanent landscape screening."
Trees: "In front of each home, at least (3) three trees shall be retained or planted; and if home is on a corner lot (3) three trees shall be planted or adjacent to each street. The required trees shall have a minimum size of (3) three caliper inches."
Instructions on How to Appeal a Violation
